Job Description

Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects for US healthcare clients, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and achievement of key business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, track KPIs, drive process improvement initiatives, and oversee project governance. Identify operational challenges, implement scalable solutions, and support revenue optimization through effective stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing client-facing healthcare projects, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Exposure to US healthcare, KPI governance, process optimization, and project delivery methodologies is highly preferred.
