Job Description

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality and efficiency
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to minimise errors and defects
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Train team members on quality protocols and best practices
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department in meeting project timelines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven expertise in quality assurance within the Energy & Natural Resources sector
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in implementing quality control measures in steel fabrication & machining
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant quality management tools and software
