Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end project management for infrastructure projects within the property department.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely completion and quality output.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Projects GM should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry in Mumbai.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide project teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of property development and regulations.
