Job Description

  • Lead construction activities across multiple renewable energy project sites.
  • Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and mobilization strategies.
  • Monitor project performance through construction, cost, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate project progress reporting between site teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop construction leadership teams to drive operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of experience in the Power or Energy sector.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in renewable energy construction (Wind).
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, M.Tech, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
  • Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
