  • 15-20+ years in radiator fabrication / heavy fabrication manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in welding, fabrication, testing, and assembly operations

Job Description

  • Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to optimise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production techniques and reduce costs
  • Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Analyse production data and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve organizational goals
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Head should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in radiator or heavy manufacturing & fabrication processes
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
