The organization has recently adopted a pod-based product structure and is focused on leveraging technology, data, and AI to deliver impactful customer experiences and long-term engagement.

Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey with a strong focus on retention, engagement, and program completion.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap over the next 12-18 months.
  • Drive product strategy for long-duration customer programs spanning multiple months.
  • Improve conversion across digital purchase journeys and expert-assisted customer journeys.
  • Identify and implement AI-led initiatives to enhance customer engagement, adherence, and retention.
  • Lead lifecycle management initiatives, follow-up workflows, and repeat engagement programs.
  • Partner closely with business, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to improve growth and funnel performance.
  • Lead a dedicated product pod consisting of Product, Design, and Engineering resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong ownership of business outcomes, growth metrics, and customer KPIs.
  • Experience driving retention, engagement, and customer lifecycle improvements.
  • AI-first mindset with a practical understanding of technology-led customer experiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in consumer internet, healthtech, wellness, subscription, or engagement-led businesses is preferred.
