Job Description

  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Identify opportunities for new products and product improvements
  • Define product specifications, features, and performance requirements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
  • Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee product prototyping, testing, validation, and optimisation
  • Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and technical standards
  • Support pricing, positioning, and product launch strategies
  • Track product performance and gather post-launch customer feedback
  • Drive continuous product enhancements and lifecycle management



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product development, product management, or innovation-led projects
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Good understanding of product design, testing, and commercialisation processes
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into successful products
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
