Our client is a leading global Private Equity fund with a strong India presence

Job Description

Deal Sourcing & Screening

  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities across sectors.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies.
  • Support initial screening of deals, including preparing investment teasers and summaries.



Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Analyze financial statements, business drivers, and forecasts.
  • Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment recommendations.



Due Diligence

  • Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and target company performance.
  • Review legal, financial, and operational diligence reports and highlight key risks.



Investment Execution

  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for Investment Committee meetings.
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Tier-1 education pedigree (IITs, BITS, SRCC, CA etc)
  • The applicant should strictly be Pre-MBA
  • Has completed 1-2 years of experience in either Tier-1 consulting firms, investment banks, or other private equity firms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence with financial modelling and analysis
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • An interest in private equity
