Job Description

1. Infrastructure & Cloud Management

● Hybrid Cloud Mastery: Design and maintain scalable infrastructure across GCP and cloudStack or OpenStack.

● IaC & Automation: Lead the "Everything-as-Code" movement. Develop sophisticated automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PHP for provisioning and configuration management.

● Networking & Routing: Own the network topology, ensuring seamless performance through advanced routing, load balancing, and secure VPN tunnels2. CI/CD & Delivery Excellence

  • ● Pipeline Orchestration: Design and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) to accelerate deployment velocity.



3. Database & Data Management

● System Reliability: Manage the lifecycle of database systems (MySQL, NoSQL, and filesystems), ensuring robust data transfer, backup, recovery, and security protocols.

● Storage Strategy: Implement data management strategies that ensure high availability and fault tolerance for enterprise-grade workloads.4. Monitoring, Logging & Incident Management

● Observability: Implement and maintain the ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana to provide real-time visibility into system health.

● The Reliability Anchor: Lead incident response and troubleshooting. Create comprehensive documentation to ensure a "knowledge-first" culture for rapid issue resolution.5. Collaboration & Mentorship

● Engineering Leadership: Mentor junior engineers in DevOps best practices. Collaborate across Dev and QA teams to integrate security and performance into the early stages of the SDLC.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10+ years in Software Development, DevOps, or Server Management.
  • Scripting Power: Expert-level proficiency in Python, Bash, or PHP.
  • Cloud & Containers: Extensive experience with GCP/AWS and deep expertise in K8 & Docker.
  • Database & Networking: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall management alongside Relational/NoSQL database administration.
  • Tooling: Mastery of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jenkins/GitLab CI.
