The Plant Head based out of Jaipur will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This role demands strong leadership and operational expertise to drive continuous improvement in the consumer durables environment
  • 15+ years in injection moulding, seat manufacturing & plant operations
  • Experience handling multiple ecosystems & 3rd party assembly operations

Job Description

  • Manage overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and budgets
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with senior management to align plant operations with business objectives
  • Prepare and present operational reports to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in plant management within the FMCG or consumer durables sector
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute operational strategies effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory and environmental compliance standards
