Job Description

Reporting to the COO you will be responsible to:

  • Manage and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing unit.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production processes and resolve technical challenges.
  • Lead and mentor the manufacturing team to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Manufacturing should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations within the food and beverages industry
