Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end factory operations across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, delivery, safety, and people management.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Build robust manufacturing systems covering production planning, capacity management, resource optimization, and KPI-driven performance.
  • Partner with supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, HR, and global teams to ensure reliable manufacturing and timely customer delivery.
  • Support new product introductions, supplier readiness, localization initiatives, and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Build a high-performance culture through strong shopfloor leadership, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree with 20+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations within high-volume assembly or precision manufacturing environments. The individual should have proven expertise in production management, Lean/Six Sigma, operational excellence, factory P&L, capacity planning, and people leadership. Experience working in global manufacturing organizations with strong stakeholder management and exposure to consumer durables, electronics, automotive components, precision healthcare, EMS or similar industries will be highly preferred.
