Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the PaaS infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Analyse platform usage data to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging PaaS technologies and trends to recommend improvements.
  • Lead and build the platform support team and own day‑to‑day platform support operations.
  • Establish a centralized platform support function in India.
  • Take ownership of L1/L2 support, allowing development teams to focus on product work.
  • Build strong documentation, knowledge bases, and support processes.
  • Act as a communication bridge between users, developers, and global stakeholders.
  • Lay the foundation for a new, unified support platform.



The Successful Applicant

A successful PaaS Platform Support Lead should have:

  • Strong technical expertise in platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting technology platforms.
  • A background in the professional services or consultancy industry is preferred.
