This role sits at the intersection of equity trading operations and technology, focused on building and maintaining the data pipelines, reconciliations, and reporting workflows that support trading, fund accounting, and risk functions. You'll work closely with operations and portfolio teams to automate processes, improve data reliability, and develop scalable solutions using Python, SQL, and modern data tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have:

  • Strong understanding of equity trading operations, including broker feeds, reconciliations, positions, and P&L workflows.
  • Hands-on Python and SQL experience building ETL pipelines, automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Ability to design reliable end-to-end workflows, identify failure points, and improve operational resilience.
  • Experience partnering with trading, operations, and risk teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions (3-6 years).
