As a part of a large organization, the company is committed to innovation and excellence in its field, making significant contributions to the advancement of healthcare and scienceJob Description· Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans for Seravacc BU products in alignment with overall BU strategy· Drive execution of marketing strategies to support sales, product positioning, and branding· Plan and deploy appropriate sales and business models to achieve strategic objectives· Monitor BU sales and marketing activities to ensure legal, ethical, regulatory, and BSV policy compliance· Coordinate with business support teams to conduct primary and secondary market research and compile market and competitive intelligence for strategic planning· Oversee establishment and execution of plans such as Field Coverage Plan, Sales & Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan, and marketing strategies including customer loyalty programs· Identify and nurture key internal and external stakeholder relationships, especially KOLs and KBLs· Align the BU Sales team on principles and behaviors for authentic, collaborative engagement with stakeholders· Proactively support stakeholders to build goodwill and strong working relationships· Lead generation of accurate and relevant data/reports for informed leadership decision-making· Identify staffing needs and capability requirements for the team· Allocate tasks systematically, review performance, encourage initiatives, and recognize good work· Plan and oversee capability building in both functional and managerial areas· Build and sustain an engaged, high-performing BU Sales team· Champion BU Sales team involvement to drive impact and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives supporting organizational transformationThe Successful ApplicantA successful National Sales Manager should have:A strong academic background in life sciences or a related field.Proven experience in sales leadership within the life sciences industry.Between 15+ years of sales and marketing experience in different therapeutic areas.Preferably, more than 8+ years of leadership experienceWhat's on OfferCompetitive remuneration packageOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement in the life sciences sector.Work with a leading organization in the industry, based in Mumbai.Collaborative and innovative work environment.If you are an ambitious and experienced National Sales Manager passionate about the life sciences industry, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
