National Service Revenue Manager

Job Description

  • Own service revenue targets, profitability, and P&L across regions
  • Drive growth through AMCs, spare parts, upgrades, and new service models
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for service offerings
  • Develop pricing strategies, including bundles, subscriptions, and value-based models
  • Improve customer experience metrics such as NPS and service reliability
  • Forecast demand and align capacity, inventory, and workforce planning
  • Drive operational excellence across service delivery, billing, and collections
  • Lead transformation initiatives across digital tools, automation, and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams

The Successful Applicant

  • This role is part of diversity hiring initiative, women professionals will be prioritised
  • 6-15 years of experience in service marketing, business development, or revenue growth roles
  • Strong track record of owning or contributing to P&L growth and revenue scaling initiatives
  • Experience in designing service monetization models or lifecycle offerings
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • MBA preferred; exposure to digital, product, or service innovation is a plus
