Candidate with an LLB qualification and 7-10 years of PQE who has strong experience in mortgage legal matters, title due diligence, and drafting, reviewing, and standardizing mortgage and security documents for a fast-paced global financial services group should apply.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global financial services group with expertise in retail lending and credit solutions.

Job Description

  • Review and approve title search reports and property due diligence assessments.
  • Evaluate the legal enforceability of collateral and identify associated risks.
  • Draft, review, and standardize mortgage and security documentation.
  • Partner with external counsel and support business, credit, and risk teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, Land Laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, HFCs, or Mortgage/LAP businesses preferred.
  • Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
