Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations at the Nagpur plant, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals to enhance their skills and performance
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Head should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing or production
  • Proven expertise in the furniture manufacturing sector, specifically in engineering and manufacturing roles
