Job Description

  • Lead and strengthen the Quality Assurance function, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, including GMP, GDP, document control, change control, deviations, incidents, and CAPA processes.
  • Manage audits, risk management activities, investigations, and regulatory readiness to support operational and compliance excellence.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities across manufacturing and laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
  • Review and maintain key quality documents, including SOPs, Quality Manuals, validation documentation, and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
  • Lead customer complaint management, cross-functional quality initiatives, and team training programs to build a strong culture of quality and compliance.

  • Experience in quality assurance within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Confidence in managing audits and inspections.
  • Ability to work well with teams and across departments.
