Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - FP&A should have:

  • A professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of post qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling and budgeting techniques.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or Consumer Durables industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders.
