Job Description

  • Manage procurement for projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee cost management and control expenses within budget limits.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement activities with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in procurement and contracting processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement progress and cost status to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in project procurement and cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Good collaboration skills to work with different departments.
  • An understanding of policies and legal requirements related to procurement.
  • Confidence in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
