Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end operations of a large service site at a customer location
  • Manage a mixed workforce including internal teams and customer-provided manpower
  • Drive planning and execution of maintenance activities to meet reliability and performance KPIs
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and operational alignment
  • Build and lead teams while driving safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean practices and structured operational processes

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in maintenance operations within services or manufacturing environments. Strong experience managing customer-facing sites, large teams, and working within contract-driven setups.

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, interpret contracts, and drive performance in high-accountability roles.
