Job Description

  • Identify and review potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
  • Build financial models to assess deal value and business impact.
  • Prepare investment papers and clear reports for decision-makers.
  • Review financial information during due diligence and highlight key findings.
  • Work with internal finance teams to gather data for transaction reviews.
  • Engage with external advisers, including consultants and legal teams, during deals.
  • Track transaction progress and keep stakeholders updated on key actions.
  • Support post-deal planning to help teams move forward with agreed priorities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling merger and acquisition transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Confidence reviewing financial statements and business data.
  • Experience preparing investment notes and deal presentations.
  • Ability to manage due diligence activities and deal timelines.
  • Comfort working with internal teams and external advisers.
