Job Description

  • Drive M&A strategy, origination, and pipeline development across infrastructure opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities through market intelligence, regulatory tracking, and competitor analysis.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
  • Present investment recommendations, key risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and committees.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Oversee post-acquisition integration, ensuring seamless transition, synergy realization, and governance compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
