Job Description

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to address legal disputes effectively.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on litigation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the retail industry.
  • Prepare legal documentation, including pleadings, agreements, and contracts.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential legal risks related to company operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Litigation should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling litigation and dispute resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
