Job Description

  • Draft and review legal contracts and agreements
  • Advise on legal and compliance matters
  • Support the team with regulatory requirements
  • Help resolve legal issues as they arise
  • Work with external legal advisors when needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
  • Provide legal input on business operations
  • Maintain accurate legal records

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE : 7-10 years of experience
  • Experience with legal drafting and compliance
  • Knowledge of laws relevant to Technology & Telecoms
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
