Job Description

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
  • Support in handling legal compliance matters.
  • Research legal issues and provide updates on land and mining regulations.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when needed.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
  • Provide support for contract management processes.
  • Help resolve legal queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of PQE.
  • Experience or knowledge in the metal- mining industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
