Job Description

  • Review and draft contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation management.
  • Work on intellectual property matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for legal guidance.
  • Monitor updates in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
  • Maintain legal documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE : 12-16 years
  • Prior experience in any manufacturing set up will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
