Our client is a leading global industrial conglomerate, offering exposure to complex transactions, diverse business operations and a dynamic legal environment.

Job Description

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Advise on M&A, investments, joint ventures and divestments.
  • Support legal due diligence, transaction structuring and documentation (SPAs, SHAs, JV Agreements).
  • Partner with external counsel and key business stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • LLB qualification is mandatory.
  • Candidates should have 4-5 years of PQE with experience in General Corporate and M&A matters.
  • Preference for candidates from reputed law firms.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
