Known for its strong leadership and rapid growth trajectory, the company operates multiple entities and undertakes significant strategic and corporate initiatives.Job DescriptionAn ideal candidate would:Support work relating to DRHP preparation, disclosures, and associated documentation for capital‑raising processes.Assist with preparation, review, and maintenance of board resolutions, notices, minutes, and corporate records across multiple group entities.Help maintain compliance calendars, checklists, and transaction timelines.Provide execution support for M&A transactions, investments, reorganizations, and other strategic matters.Coordinate due diligence processes, prepare ancillary documents, assist with data room management, and track transaction deliverables.Review and manage basic commercial contracts and maintain an organized contract repository.
