Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, licensing, vendor & customer agreements) while ensuring risk mitigation and policy alignment
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintain organized contract repository and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
  • Support real estate and corporate legal matters, including lease agreements, due diligence, and coordination with external counsel
  • Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and regulatory filings
  • Provide legal advisory to cross-functional teams and proactively identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A law degree from a recognized university
  • Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance matters in the IT industry
  • Experience handling real estate legal matters, including leases and due diligence
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
