Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting Legal functions within a region or cluster of regions for the organisation and its subsidiaries
  • Review and negotiation of variety of IT Contracts including global alliance and partnership agreements, reseller agreements, referral agreements, MSP agreements, AI related agreements, IT procurement agreements/ documents, RFPs, MSAs, outsourcing agreements, SAAS, license agreements, T&M agreements, fixed price agreements, teaming agreements, consultancy agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs and SOWs
  • Identifying the requirements, interpreting laws to determine their impact on Company's business, initiatives and/or transactions and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with the company's responsibilities for meeting contractual, statutory and legal obligations
  • Assist seniors in the creation and updating of various forms of agreements

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
  • Must have knowledge of and experience in reviewing and negotiating all types of Information Technology related contracts
  • Preferably have experience in Outsourcing, IT/ ITES or Technology License transactions.
  • Must be able to independently handle contract reviews and negotiations with minimum supervision
  • Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills
