Job Description

  • Draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts especially IT and tech contracts.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance
  • Assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes
  • Support in handling legal queries and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal requirements are met
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry

The Successful Applicant

  • LLB/LLM
  • PQE: 3-5 years
  • Experience in commercial and tech related contracts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
