Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on property and building & construction projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant legal developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues effectively.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
  • Provide training and guidance on legal matters to internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • 4-6 years of PQE
  • Knowledge of legal practices in the property and building & construction industry.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
