Job Description

  • Manage AML/KYC compliance, including client onboarding, due diligence, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
  • Identify legal risks and support business stakeholders on governance and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • LLB/LLM qualified.
  • Experience in AML/KYC Compliance, Legal & Regulatory functions.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently or previously worked with a reputed AMC/BFSI organization.
