Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and legal requirements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives.
  • Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the pharmaceutical/life sciences/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage disputes and provide strategic legal counsel.
