Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including distributor, service, confidentiality, and government contracts.
  • Support business teams across functions in structuring and negotiating contracts and purchase agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across business operations.
  • Lead and support internal investigations while developing risk mitigation and compliance strategies.
  • Manage litigation and legal matters in coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide legal guidance on employment law matters, including HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and restructuring.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs and drive awareness across the organization.
  • Oversee channel partner compliance programs and ensure adherence to anti‑bribery and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support compliance initiatives related to marketing activities, healthcare professionals, and industry‑specific regulations.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on legal and compliance matters

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate would have:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in‑house role within a multinational environment.
  • Comfort with an individual contributor role.
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting and handling distributor‑related agreements and disputes.
  • Exposure to compliance areas such as anti‑corruption, anti‑bribery, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sector is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
