Job Description

  • Lead all legal matters including complex commercial contracts, regulatory issues, dispute resolution, litigation management, and engagement with external counsel.
  • Oversee corporate governance, compliance frameworks, ethics programs, and proactive monitoring of legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
  • Provide guidance on regulations, promotional practices, marketing compliance, industry codes, and integrity-related matters while fostering an ethical culture.
  • Partner closely with local, regional, and global leadership teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading regional/global legal and compliance initiatives within a multinational environment.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate has:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in legal and compliance roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
