Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, stamping, and renewals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, consultancy, licensing, and NDA contracts.
  • Develop and standardize contract templates, policies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Provide practical legal and risk advisory on complex commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to structure agreements, address commercial requirements, and mitigate legal exposure.
  • Drive contract governance and compliance, identifying risks, recommending protective contractual provisions, and safeguarding the company's legal and commercial interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of managing end-to-end contracts and regulatory compliance.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
