Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including sale deeds, leases, development and joint venture agreements, and MoUs
  • Manage disputes related to property, tenancy, construction, and contracts, coordinating with external counsels in legal proceedings
  • Conduct due diligence for land/property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring clear title and regulatory compliance
  • Provide legal advice on title verification, zoning, land use, and approvals, while identifying risks and recommending practical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws (RERA, land, municipal, and environmental) and liaise with authorities for approvals and filings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining standardized documentation, templates, and contract governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution
  • Proven expertise in litigation management
  • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
