Job Description

  • Manage legal matters linked to business activities and operations.
  • Review legal documents to support clear commercial decisions.
  • Draft and update agreements, notices and other legal paperwork.
  • Work with internal teams to understand legal needs and provide practical guidance.
  • Track ongoing legal matters and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with external legal advisors when required.
  • Identify legal issues early and help teams address them.
  • Keep legal documentation organised and easy to access.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing legal documentation and agreements.
  • Ability to review contracts and identify key legal points.
  • Confidence drafting clear legal documents.
  • Experience working with business teams on legal queries.
  • Ability to manage several legal matters in an organised way.
  • Confidence working with external legal advisors.
