Job Description

  • Craft legally compliant advertising material, including claims and product promotions.
  • Awareness of product and artwork approval processes.
  • Advising on derisking product portfolio from innovation to claim substantiation.
  • Managing any complaints filed against the Company and taking proactive steps to challenge unfair competition claims.
  • Litigation and legal notices management pertaining to the business category.
  • Vetting and drafting of various kinds of agreements viz. contract and transaction support for the business, including support functions.
  • Responding to high-risk consumer complaints.
  • Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management and business as per on applicable policies & laws.
  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • An LLB degree from a recognized university or institution.
  • Experience in handling legal matters in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the industry.
  • Proven expertise in contract management and negotiations.
  • Ability to manage consumer complaints and disputes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
