Job Description

  • Manage all legal and compliance activities for the company.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal teams.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laws.
  • Handle disputes and manage external legal counsel when needed.
  • Develop policies to minimise legal risks.
  • Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A legal degree (LLB or equivalent).
  • Experience in handling legal matters in the RCM sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively.
