The Senior Lean Leader will play a key role in driving lean principles and process improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing operations. Develop & implement lean layout for effective and efficient use of global standards to achieve sustainable results across value streams by using advanced manufacturing engineering techniques & developing clear continuous improvement culture.
  • Candidates with Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Candidates with at least 15 years of experience

Job Description

  • Lead and implement lean strategies to improve operational efficiency in engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles for team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to lean initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within the organization.
  • Facilitate kaizen events and other lean-related workshops.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lean Leader should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying lean methodologies within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in process mapping, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive team engagement.
