Responsible for managing testing operations within the manufacturing unit by ensuring timely execution of routine, special, and applicable plant tests, readiness for internal and customer inspections, control of testing records, and coordination with production and quality teams so that tested jobs are released in line with plan and compliance requirements
  • 20 years in testing & compliance of 765kV power transformers, reactors
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage testing activities for transformers & reactors
  • Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure its optimal performance
  • Provide technical guidance to team members as needed
  • Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and accuracy

  • A background in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in testing processes within the transformer industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead effectively
