Job Description

Network Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute enterprise‑wide network strategy across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Lead deployment of next‑gen solutions such as SD‑WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud‑native networking.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like 5G, edge networking, and network virtualization.



AI‑Driven Networking & Automation

  • Implement AI/ML‑powered automation, observability, and intent‑based network operations.
  • Deploy AI‑driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance tools.



Network Security & Compliance

  • Lead Zero Trust adoption, segmentation, and continuous threat monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with DPDP, GDPR, ISO 27001, and internal security standards.
  • Oversee incident response, forensics, and secure remote access.



Cloud Networking & Integration

  • Architect secure cloud‑native connectivity integrating IT and OT across multi‑cloud environments.
  • Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation frameworks for cloud network operations.



IT/OT Integration & Industrial Networks

  • Design network architectures supporting manufacturing systems such as SCADA, PLCs, and industrial automation.
  • Ensure high availability and resilience for mission‑critical plant operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • An ideal candidate is a seasoned network engineering leader with 15+ years of experience across IT and OT networks, specializing in SD‑WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud networking, and AI‑driven automation. They combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision, strong problem‑solving abilities, and experience designing secure, scalable, and mission‑critical enterprise networks-especially within manufacturing environments. They are comfortable leading modernization initiatives, integrating emerging technologies, and guiding cross‑functional teams.
