Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Develop and execute long-term partnership and fundraising strategies to drive organizational growth.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional ecosystems.
  • Create compelling value propositions and engagement models for diverse partner segments.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify, cultivate, and close high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at executive forums, industry events, and stakeholder engagements to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team with strong governance, accountability, and performance management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - Strategic Partnerships should have:

  • Bring 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising, or business development leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of securing and managing high-value institutional, corporate, and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Possess exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage Board members, CXOs, promoters, and donors.
  • Combine strategic thinking with execution excellence to build long-term partnership and fundraising pipelines.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence, influencing skills, and the ability to represent the organization at senior-level forums
  • Have proven experience building and leading high-performing teams while driving accountability and measurable outcomes.
