Job Description

  • Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Jewellery and Accessories sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Provide insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and product performance.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimise business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics processes.
  • Recommend actionable improvements based on thorough data analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics and their application in the Retail industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - Business Analyst should have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) with retail domain knowledge
  • Proven experience in the Retail industry, with a strong understanding of retail business processes and operations
  • Strong background in collaborating with business teams and key users throughout all phases of retail transformation projects
  • Extensive experience in requirement gathering, documentation (FSD, TSD), SIT, UAT, data conversion, cutover, and go-live support
  • Exposure to global ERP and POS rollouts
  • Collaborate with regional/global project teams, SI partners, and India business key users to drive POS and ERP adoption for boutiques
