You will play a pivotal role in transforming our legacy systems as we scale.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain all IT systems including hardware, software, networks, and servers across the

organization.

* Lead the evaluation and migration of our existing ERP to SAP S/4HANA, from planning through

implementation.

* Identify gaps in current legacy IT infrastructure and proactively recommend and execute

improvements.

* Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and IT procurement.

* Ensure IT security, data integrity, and system uptime across all operations. Ensure adherence to ISO

27001

* Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their relevance and applicability to our business.

* Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems management, with strong exposure to both software

and hardware environments.

* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA being essential.

* Prior experience in a manufacturing company is a must.

* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure - servers, networks, endpoints, cloud, and cybersecurity

basics.

* A self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver without hand-holding.

* Passion for technology and a genuine interest in keeping up with the evolving tech landscape.

* Good communication skills to liaise across departments and with external vendors.
