Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and press releases.
  • Coordinate quarterly earnings calls and manage investor queries effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to guide financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication of financial data.
  • Monitor and report on shareholder activities and investment trends in the engineering industry.
  • Support the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to investor communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations - Lead should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in dealing with investors, fund managers and analysts.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
